Great! Good performance is important to me, so I really enjoy the fact that we always strive for the best results as a team—no matter what the topic. I know Insiders as a company that actively promotes equality—and not just on paper. I have never experienced anything that would contradict this. I feel that Insiders promotes equality and values all individuals equally for their individual talents and strengths.

Environmental/social awareness
I think it’s great that Insiders is actively involved in several social projects. One example is the “we make IT” program, in which we as employees collect virtual credits through various sporting activities, which are then donated to these projects. I think it’s great that Insiders as a company takes on such social responsibility, and I enjoy participating in the events and aid campaigns.
