Together with our partner Ceyoniq Tech­no­logy, we will be demons­t­ra­ting at the DSAG Annual Congress how incoming and outgoing invoices can be automated and optimized on a central platform using AI inte­grated into SAP processes.

At this year’s annual congress of the German-speaking SAP user group (DSAG), we are pre­sen­ting our joint solution for automated pro­ces­sing of e‑invoices together with our partner Ceyoniq Tech­no­logy. The focus is on nscale eHub, a powerful platform for intel­li­gent control of digital processes for incoming and outgoing invoices. It is based on Insiders‘ AI tech­no­logy and can be fully inte­grated into SAP system land­scapes. The nscale eHub acts as a central hub for incoming and outgoing e‑invoices and supports all common national and inter­na­tional formats, including XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, FatturaPA, Factur‑X, and Peppol BIS. Other invoices, such as PDF documents or paper receipts, can also be processed effi­ci­ently using the same digital process chain. In addition, the eHub enables direct con­nec­tion to portals such as Open­Peppol on both the sender and recipient sides.

Auto-accoun­ting – New added value through AI

A par­ti­cular highlight of the solution is the inte­gra­tion of AI-supported functions such as intel­li­gent auto-accoun­ting. The AI uses large language models to recognize typical posting scenarios. This not only reduces manual effort, but also minimizes sources of error. Visitors to the DSAG Annual Congress will have the oppor­tu­nity to see the advan­tages of the solution for them­selves in a live demo at the Ceyoniq Tech­no­logy booth and also win attrac­tive prizes in the DSAG Partner Rally. The event will take place from September 16 to 18, 2025, at the Messe und Congress Centrum Bremen. Experts from Ceyoniq and Insiders Tech­no­lo­gies will be available in Hall 5, Booth F16, to answer questions and engage in dis­cus­sion. “We are very much looking forward to inter­ac­ting directly with the SAP community and, together with Ceyoniq, demons­t­ra­ting how powerful the pro­ces­sing of incoming and outgoing e‑invoices can already be today,” says Marie Dengel, Senior Partner Manager at Insiders Tech­no­lo­gies. “Our goal is to provide companies with concrete support not only in digi­tiza­tion, but also in the intel­li­gent auto­ma­tion of their financial processes with proven, scalable solutions.”
