Innovative AI services: How insiders are shaping the future for IT service providers

Insiders looks back on a history as an AI pioneer – founded in 1998 as a spin-off of the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) in Kaiserslautern. With around 200 employees at locations in Kaiserslautern, Koblenz, Berlin, and Munich, we are now a reliable partner for around 6,000 customers, including well-known insurance companies, banks, local authorities, and industrial companies such as Allianz, BASF, and Edeka.

Under the leadership of our channel team, headed by Alexander Swienty since April 2023, our partner ecosystem is growing significantly. We currently work closely with around 50 partners – primarily from Germany, but also with a focus on Switzerland, Austria, and the rest of Europe. What sets us apart is our firmly established practical dialogue. We bring partners to the table in regular workshops on topics such as e‑invoicing, LLM use, low-code AI, or industry-specific use cases such as banking or insurance. Their specific input flows directly into our product development. Technologically, we pave the way for market access: With OmnIA, we offer a powerful solution for process orchestration, and with GenerAItor, we enable the low-code creation of individual AI services. Partners can integrate modern AI functions at the click of a mouse – including generative models – while largely avoiding integration efforts, data protection issues, or contractual obstacles. The impact speaks for itself: last year, our partners gained more than 1,000 new customers in the DACH region. Thanks to this momentum, we want to further strengthen both our industry diversity and the proportion of BPO partners—with the clear goal of doubling our partner base over the next three years. In difficult times, AI may seem like a buzzword. But our approach leverages real opportunities: we build bridges between technology and the market, between partners and products, between potential and impact.
