Optimized invoice workflow with state-of-the-art AI

A veritable flood of incoming invoices trough different channels and at several branch offices in Switz­er­land, Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, Hungary and the USA – that was the challenge the recycling spe­cia­list TEXAID wanted to overcome.

With the inte­gra­tion of smart INVOICE, the Insiders solution for automated invoice receipt pro­ces­sing, the entire invoice workflow could not only be digitized, but also optimized – naturally spanning multiple locations and input channels.

This is made possible by our inno­va­tive AI behind smart INVOICE, which, after the decen­tra­lized digi­tiza­tion of incoming documents, auto­ma­ti­cally reads the infor­ma­tion from all invoices and then forwards the relevant data in bundled and struc­tured form to the further pro­ces­sing point in the document manage­ment system M‑Files. M‑Files then informs the relevant respon­sible parties and prompts them to release or process the documents. In the final step, the documents are trans­ferred to SAP Business One and, if necessary, archived.

Compared to tra­di­tional, manual invoice receipt pro­ces­sing, high error rates and red­un­dan­cies in pro­ces­sing are a thing of the past with smart INVOICE’s tech­no­lo­gi­cally leading AI. In addition, TEXAID and its customers benefit from a signi­fi­cant reduction in the duration of the invoice process. Thus, thanks to the inte­gra­tion of smart INVOICE into the modern invoice workflow, valuable resources are saved – in accordance with the spirit of sus­taina­bi­lity.
