Markus Gieser has been working at Insiders since 2009, first as a developer and later as a product owner. Since 2016, he has organised the deve­lo­p­ment work on the smart FLOW product, Insiders‘ customer com­mu­ni­ca­tion solution.

Rainer Czech has been Head of Channel Manage­ment at Insiders since 2013 and is also respon­sible for the direct customer business in the area of P2P and O2C. Prior to Insiders, he held senior positions in sales, marketing and new business deve­lo­p­ment at other companies in the industry. Customers and partners benefit from his many years of solutions expe­ri­ence and his enthu­siasm for new tech­no­lo­gies and their practical appli­ca­tion.
